If you found out that your product has defects please confirm to us and if it is true we will process the exchange as soon as possible. Please read the clause below.

EXCHANGE POLICY
1. All of our shirts obtained through winning events/ through purchases are exchangeable due to defects in the
products or due to shipment damages.
2. We need an unboxing video that shows the product is damaged before used.
3. Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
4. Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
5. All fees in the exchange process will be covered by us.
6. Currently we are not accepting size exchange, so please choose with care the size you purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO?
1. Contact us via IG @bardwearing / Whatsapp at +62896-3789-7337.
2. Send us the unboxing video and please describe us the details of the product defects.
3. We will soon confirm the issue and if confirmed we will process the exchange policy.
4. You are required to send the product to the designated place and cover the fee first. After we received the product we
will transfer you the cost spent on delivery.
5. We will send you your new T-Shirt as soon as possible.
6. Be patient as your great shirt is coming back right to you!
